Whether you're a total newbie or have months of practice under your belt, we'll give you the essential tips to start or transform your practice and take you to the next level.
The foundational principles of a strong yoga practice, which you can apply across all poses, whatever your level
How to make yoga postures work for you no matter what your body shape, size or level of flexibility
How to practice yoga safely so vulnerable areas such as your lower spine and knees are always protected
How to work around injuries and develop a pain-free yoga practice. We'll help you find adjustments that work for you and even heal your body
Find good alignment in poses so that you gain maximum benefit
Use blocks and props to support yourself and make poses more achievable
You'll get a class experience PLUS an interactive workshop where there's more time and space to expore concepts, and apply and understand them in your body
Q&A session - get specific input on your personal injuries and pain in your pratice (e.g. wrist, knee or shoulder pain)
Get feedback and adjustments on your alignment in specific poses so you understand what their purpose is and really 'get' them
Learn from other participants and gain appreciation for how different everyone's bodys and experiences of poses are
