Most of us have some level of awareness that we’re living less of a life than we’re capable of.
We’re aware how we’re held back by a lack of confidence and self belief, and that we’re scared of failure, rejection or judgement.
We fear we’re not good enough and hold back on expressing ourselves and fully showing who we are.
We know we shut people out or shut ourselves down, and close ourselves off to meaningful connection, experiences and love.
But we also have a secret sense of our greatness: we long to be free of our physical and emotional pain, and to feel uninhibited, unrestrained and free of everything that holds us back. We want to live a life of meaning that excites and fulfils us, and we yearn to be fully accepted and loved. We desire abundance in all areas of our life, but yet it all feels out of reach and somehow unobtainable.

The truth is, you can!
The problem is simply this: You’re human!
As humans we're all driven by our subconscious minds. Our subconscious minds are like supercomputers that process every detail of every moment of our lives. Based on everything that's happened in our past, the subconscious makes decisions and rules, and even creates our beliefs and identity.
We become defined by our past experiences, and the emotions and beliefs associated with them.
This creates repeated patterns of behaviour, which is why you can find yourself in different places, with different people, or in different jobs, but the same patterns replay. You're literally living in your past: running off outdated programs, and carrying the baggage of years' of memories.
And the programs that were once created to protect us, now serve to hold us back.
Emotional Healing upgrades your programs and releases the baggage of emotions, beliefs and memories. But that's not all....
Whilst our subconscious mind causes us to run off outdated programs, our bodies store and suppress old unprocessed emotions and trauma.
Our thoughts and emotions have both a chemistry and energy. When we're unable to process an emotion, its energy and chemistry land in the body where - Epigenetics has shown - it impacts the health of the cells. When unhealthy cells replicate they create unhealthy tissues and organs. At this point we start to feel physical pain or issues.
Whereas conventional medicine uses drugs to mask the pain, reduce inflammation, or blast the tumour, emotional healing sees these symptoms as communication from your body, and a sign of an underlying dis-ease.
Emotional Healing recognises the innate ability of the body to heal, and seeks to identify and remove whatever is getting in the way of this happening.
Emotional Healing is an extremely powerful and transformational healing modality that works on the whole being - body, mind and spirit. There is literally no area of your life that emotional healing isn't effective in bringing about lasting change and a deeper sense of personal freedom, belief and power.
Whilst anxiety is a fear of the future, depression is a conditioned behaviour pattern which ultimately seeks to protect us from emotions or situations we can't handle.
Emotional Healing seeks to unravel the beliefs, behaviours and emotions to access and clear the root causes of anxiety and depression.
Our beliefs are often formed in response to a traumatic experience which causes us to make a decision about ourselves or the World. We also absorb beliefs from our parents, society, culture etc.
Emotional Healing identifies the beliefs that hold us back - releasing them as well as replacing them with healthy, supportive beliefs.
Witnessing or experiencing traumatic events like assault, rape, domestic violence, or bullying all result in a wide variety of emotions such as terror, rage, shame, guilt & self disgust. There is also often a huge loss of personal power.
Emotional Healing releases these stuck emotions, allows forgiveness to be given and personal power to be reclaimed.
Trauma, negative thoughts and beliefs all epigenetically impact the health of our cells, which in turn impacts the health of specific parts of our bodies.
Emotional Healing finds the original memories behind physical issues and releases the energy and toxicity associated with them to bring relief.
Often behavioural problems are a dysfunctional method of coping with a World and emotions that feel overwhelming. The behaviour may seek to bring control or protection.
By looking at the emotions that are driving the behaviour, Emotional Healing addresses the root cause to bring about change.
Many of us feel lost, directionless, unfulfilled and lacking a sense of meaning in our lives... Or like we're living somone else's.
By clearing away what's in the way of you experiencing who you really are, Emotional Healing helps you connect to the truth of your being, and what it is you're here for.
Socially and culturally we're trained to limit our emotions to a narrow range that are 'acceptable', and close down more extreme emotions like rage, joy and even love. For some of us, feeling anything is terrifying and we disconnect to stay safe.
Slowly with Emotional Healing, we can start to allow ourselves to open and feel again, and enrich our lives.
We all want abundance in all areas of our lives - financial, relationships, experiences and career. Beliefs around our worthiness, importance, status and capacity can create blocks to abundance, or stop us from being able to see where we're already rich.
Emotional Healing can help clear these blockages and allow energy to flow, and abundance to be attracted.
Relationships offer one of the biggest challenges and opportunties for transformation. They require a level of love, honesty, vulnerability, trust and openness that challenges most of us.
By healing our deepest fears around worthiness, rejection, trust and control we can function more healthily in relationships and find greater love and fulfilment.

Hey, I'm Jill, owner of LLiV, Transformational Coach and certified Emotional Healer
My Transformational Journey
I've been in the transformational space since around 2010 and tried many different transformational and healing modalities, and personal growth methods. Whilst they've all been useful and part of my journey, I found Emotional Healing to be the most powerful, effective and long lasting.
Emotional healing differs in that it works on the mind, body and Spirit, biologically, psychologically and energetically. It also addresses the original root causes of illness, unhealthy beliefs and dysfunctional behaviour, so the impact is wide-reaching and change is inevitable.
When memories are changed at the deepest subconscious level, and trauma is released at a cellular level, the body and mind undergoes real and profound healing.
I've personally experienced this as a huge growth in my confidence, self belief and personal power, a greater connection to myself and trust in Life, and deep healing of physical pain - which means I can now run for the first time in over 16 years. My emotional spectrum has broadened, I'm more open, and now feel emotions such as joy - which were previously just a concept to me. I also feel lighter and more alive, and look better than I did in my late 30's!
