We're not concerned about our yoga looking pretty, or getting you in 'ego' poses. Our yoga is intelligently designed to work through the body, systematically warming, stretching and opening the areas that modern life, stress and being sedentary cause to tighten.
We all hang on to stuff like fear, worry, frustration & resentment. We carry them like a weight, and that gets in the way of us making the most of life. LLiV yoga classes will teach you simple tools to reduce your emotional load, leaving you lighter, calmer and more open to possibility.
Our emphasis on breathing will not only help you find your focus and flow. It also helps switch OFF your stress response and switch ON your body's healing systems, meaning you leave class set up for healing, recovery and repair.
We’re not about gimmicks or fads, just great reasonably priced yoga that leaves you feeling better. We care deeply about you and our yoga classes, and whether you’re a first timer or a seasoned yogi, you’ll be welcomed into the fam.
Attending a live online class brings the same accountability as a studio class. With recorded classes you're much more likely to leave early, give up, or let 'can't be bothered' kick in. Our schedule will keep you committed, whilst our teachers will be watching you and both adjusting their teaching to what they see, as well as keeping you on your mat.
Who knows how long this first wave of isolation will last. We have a number of short term options for you to continue with us beyond these first 7 days, so you don't need to worry about getting yourself into something you can't get out, or not having an option that works short-term.
