Our yoga classes are designed to stretch muscles that are tight and strengthen those that are weak, to leave you feeling realigned and reset in your body, and more free to flow in your life.
Our base sequence was designed by International Master Teacher Dylan Ayaloo - who also trained all our amazing teachers. It's an intelligently crafted sequence that works through the layers of the body, whilst allowing the teachers freedom to vary poses to the level of the students in class. This means the style is highly effective, whilst also allowing for variety... which in turn means that you can learn new yoga poses and keep growing in your yoga practice no matter how often you come to class.
Most of us sit at desks for hours in a constant state of stress and anxiety that tightens and closes our bodies. LLiV Yoga will move you, release your tension and help you and your energy flow.
When stressed, you breathe in a shallow way that starves your body of oxygen. Our focus on breath will calm your nervous system, free your body, and give you tools to use beyond your mat.
No one knows the tight spots in your body like you do. You’ll be encouraged to move beyond the yoga poses to explore the sensations in your body and create release where YOU need it most.
We all hang on to stuff – like worry, anger, resentment & insecurity – that we carry like a weight. You’ll discover how releasing and letting go of this stuff leaves you lighter, and more free, in both your body and mind.
Yoga is the only exercise which simultaneously builds strength and flexibility. LLiV Yoga will show you how when you feel more powerful and resilient in your body, you feel more empowered and capable in your life.

If you think yoga is all about relaxation and sleepy stretches, think again. LLiV Yoga is an evolved form of Power Vinyasa Yoga. It’s dynamic, it’s flowing and it breaks some of the rules of traditional yoga to help target parts of the body particularly affected by our 21st Century lifestyles.
It’s heated but not hot. The heat helps you move more deeply in to your stretches but too much can make you think you’re warmer than you are which increases your risk of injury. Heat also creates intensity, which means you risk melt-down if you move too much. We prefer you to move as dynamically and freely as possible, so our temperature doesn’t get hotter than 30 degrees.
We think life is already too serious so be prepared to get playful - have fun, make noise, wriggle, sway, let go, connect, and break some rules. It’s all good at LLiV.
We care deeply about our yoga classes but we don’t care what you look like in them. We appreciate that everyone’s body is different so no 2 yoga poses will ever look the same. Whilst we encourage you to do the poses as best you can, we won’t force you to do things in a way which doesn’t work for your body.
We don’t believe in gimmicks, fads, or magic pills. All our teachers were trained in house by Dylan Ayaloo. They’re very good at what they do, and they really care. You won’t find any yoga divas, overblown egos or pretentiousness. We simply deliver solid Power Vinyasa yoga that resets and realigns your body, empowers your life and leaves you in a better place than when you arrived. Our classes follow a structure that works through your body effectively. Each teacher will add their own twist and vary poses so you gain consistent benefits, whilst you continually learn and grow.
