Full Moon Yin Yoga and
Tibetan Humming Meditation
with Jamie Stone

The workshop will start with a Yin Yoga practice to open the body, build greater connection to it and tap in to emotions.
Yin Yoga uses longer holds in passive yoga poses to allow the body to gently release in its own time. This allows the connective tissues of the ligaments, tendons and fascia to let go, allowing in more blood flow and oxygen.
Different Yin yoga poses stimulate and remove blockages in the myofascial meridians in the body. This has the effect of balancing the body’s internal organs and systems - and creating space for healing on a physical and emotional level.
The meditation will build upon the space cleared from the yoga practice to cleanse and revitalise the body and mind.
The Tibetan Humming meditation - or Nadabrahma - uses the power of vibration to penetrate the cells of the body and the subconscious, helping to calm the busy mind so that it falls in tune with the body. This increased alignment lessens inner conflict and reduces the wasted energy associated with it.
The body is retuned to a place of calm and wellbeing and revitalised energy.
