Good yoga teachers do way more than lead you through a series of poses. Whether you’re looking for a workout or a deeper experience, they create the space for you to drop the facade, let go of the stuff that’s weighing you down, open your body and connect to what matters… and have some fun doing it.
So whilst LLiV yoga teachers are highly skilled, they aren’t 'perfect' yogis. They’re real people with imperfect lives, human struggles and normal bodies. They understand what it’s like to face a rush-hour tube commute, an unreasonable boss, problems with partners and family friction.
They also really care.
LLiV Yoga teachers will show up fully for you, even when it feels like their world is falling apart. They leave their drama at the door so that you have a place to drop yours. And it’s that level of commitment and care that sets them apart.

Nataliya's passion and positivity for both yoga and life cannot help but rub off! Yoga became part of her life nearly 20 years ago when she was a pro athlete. Runners out there, Nataliya GETS you! (And your tight hamstrings and glutes).
Motivated to share her own personal experiences of yoga, both physically and mentally, Nataliya plunged into teaching. Her nurturing style will have you safely aligned, helping you reset and release, and have you playfully roaring in Lion's Breath.
Top Yoga Tip: Do your own practice and not the person's next to you

Michael is the king of breath. Before, during and after class you'll hear him, and for 60 minutes, you'll join him! Michael’s first ever taste of Yoga came from a LLiV class. Since then, the vigour of practice and welcoming community led him to discover the healing benefits of yoga, especially handy considering he practices Jujitsu 5 times a week! A desire was formed to further his practice and share all the benefits yoga has to offer. He now uses his rigorous, sweaty but accessible style to help yogi’s open up their bodies, and of course, tune in to their breath!
Top Yoga Tip: Relax the shoulders!

Hannie's first taste of yoga came nearly 20 years ago when she was drawn in by the appeal of maintaining and improving her physical and active lifestyle. She soon fell in love with the opportunity yoga gave her to be fully herself. The pursuit of more freedom and flexibility in her life (no pun intended), led her to take up teaching. Now she graces her students with a feminine, flowing and immersive style, that always helps students find the space they really need - both in their bodies and minds. You'll be sure to sleep well after her class.

Teaches: Thursdays All Levels at 6:45pm
Meet the lovely and super friendly Nyeleti - a 5ft bundle of fun. She’s definitely a yoga teacher who teaches from the heart, sharing her many wise and reassuring words... and love of Ferrero Roche . But don’t let this fool you, with a strong focus on alignment she will get you guys working, so that you leave the class uplifted, with a sense of achievement, joy and positivity.
Top Yoga Tip: Be nice, especially to yourself!

Teaches: Tuesdays All Levels at 6.30pm and Beginners at 8pm
Meet Jess - a fun loving, charismatic and super supportive yoga teacher who will get you to do things you thought you can't. Whether you're completely new to yoga or are wanting to reconnect with your practice, she's perfect to help guide and educate you with all of her years of experience. However don't let this fool you, with her slightly slower flow and strong focus on alignment, you will definitely be worked. Fab way to make the most of your weekend!
Top Yoga Tip: Smile, it's just a yoga pose!
Fun Fact: Jess cycled from Newcastle to London. That's a whopping 420 miles!
Favourite Pose: Thunder Pigeon
Teaches: Sundays Beginners at 11:30am
Jo’s yoga journey began over 15 years ago and it turned her life around. As an actor, she used her yoga practice as time for herself, not to switch off, but the opposite, time to tune in, focus on herself and gain a tighter backside (her words not mine!). She wanted to help people in the same way, so completed her first Teacher Training back in 2012. Since then she has been leading her students with her firm, fair and fun approach to teaching yoga.
Top Yoga Tip: No one is looking and no one cares. You just crack on and do the best you can that day. And keep your sense of humour about you!

Teaches: Sunday All Levels at 9.45am (currently on maternity leave)
Charlotte first discovered yoga when she came back from travelling and wanted to meet new people. She fell in love with both the community and juiciness of yoga, and that it was a practice where she could solely focus on herself without competing.
Charlotte creates challenging and energetic classes and is super-encouraging - often helping students to go beyond their own beliefs of what they can do.
Top Yoga Tip: Notice what you're telling yourself when you're in those tough poses and practice approaching every pose with kindness towards yourself
Fun Fact: Can recite all 50 US states in alphabetical order
Favourite Pose: Half pigeon - such a juicy hip opener
Teaches: Wednesday Beginners 6.30pm
Pip originally trained as a professional dancer, and has the amazing posture to show for it. She started yoga 10 years ago and confesses it took her a while to 'get it'. She soon became hooked and found it helped massively with anxiety and panic.
Pip exudes a love of life, and goes out of her way to make her classes fun, challenging and inclusive. She also has a great foot tattoo!
Top Yoga Tip: Focus on how the pose feels in your body, not what it looks like

Favourite Pose: Fish on a brick
Teaches: Sunday All Levels at 9.45am
Ada first tried yoga as a 15 year old, and kept coming back for more! When her office yoga teacher left and there was no one to replace her, Ada stepped in and trained to teach.
Like many of us, Ada now uses yoga as an antidote to modern corporate life, and as a way to create a place to find out what she's capable of, increase strength and gain some mind space. Her classes are challenging and playful, and she loves encouraging students to play with hand balances.
Top Yoga Tip: Don't overthink it!
Fun Fact: Once worked in a brewery in Austria
Favourite Pose: Firefly or Fish-on-a-brick
Teaches: Monday All Levels 6.30pm and Beginners 8pm
Having danced all her life, Emily discovered yoga in 2014 and instantly fell in love. She soon became addicted to the uplifting feeling she carried with her for hours after a class.
Emily is fascinated by how the tiniest adjustment in alignment can transform how a pose can make you feel, and encourages her students to be playful and curious in their bodies. Her dynamic classes will leave you feeling well-balanced and invigorated, ready to take on the rest of your day - or night - with a smile!
Top Yoga Tip: It’s not about how it looks, it’s all about how it feels. So get curious and explore all variations.
Fun Fact: Broke her nose by standing on a rake...Sideshow Bob-style!
Favourite Pose: Wild Thing
Teaches: Friday All Levels 6.30pm
Emma fell in love with yoga when she realised the positive impact it was having on all areas of her life, especially her mind. Calming the mind and 'lessening the crazy' is what she is keen to pass onto her students.
Also, having never felt naturally flexible or athletic herself, she also loves to encourage people who are putting off starting yoga because they think they’re 'not flexible enough', to jump right in, and bust some mental myths in the process.
Top Yoga Tip: Start from where you are

Favourite Pose: Supine Twist
Teaches: Wednesday All Levels at 7.45pm
Joe spent a few years training to be a lawyer and generally enjoying his life. However, he came to yoga when searching for an antidote to the times he spent stuck in his head, stressed out, anxious and panicky. Yoga provided such an antidote, and now it's his mission is to share its power with others.
Joe’s classes focus on deep breath, working hard, staying present and connecting with yourself, but also having fun and not taking things too seriously.
Top Yoga Tip: Breathe deep - down into lower lungs, belly and side ribs.
Fun Fact: Joe loves a terrible dad-style joke. He may try to tell you one in class. If so, just roll your eyes and carry on ;)
Favourite Pose: Savasana (...after a long, hot and sweaty practice)
Giovina came to yoga about 9 years ago. Coming from a background of dance, fitness and theatre body movement she has always been fascinated by the ways our body can communicate, feel and express, while creating inner space to develop self-awareness, acceptance and love.
Her classes create a supportive, welcoming and pressure-free environment that challenges the body and mind, and encourages students to become the best version of themselves... whilst having fun.
Top Yoga Tip: Honour and focus on what “is there” not on what is not there!
Fun Fact: Cries when it’s time to say goodbye to old shoes and when she has to change her car :(
