We practice a dynamic and athletic style of yoga – Power Vinyasa Yoga - that builds a strong, flexible and resilient body, burns fat and targets areas of tension and weakness caused by modern lifestyles. We’re not about gimmicks or fads, just good yoga that leaves you feeling reset and aligned in your body, and clear and calm in your mind.
We practice in a heated room to help you ease safely in to your stretches and build a detoxifying sweat. At 26 – 30 degrees, our rooms are 10-14 degrees cooler than ‘Hot’ Yoga. Our intensity comes from moving and holding poses rather than from the heat. This makes it safer for people with high blood pressure and doesn't make you feel your muscles are warmer than they are, which lessens the likelihood of injury.
